Bio<\/p>\n[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text module_class=”bio-home” _builder_version=”4.27.4″ _module_preset=”default” text_font=”Urbanist||||||||” text_text_color=”#e8e8e8″ text_font_size=”16px” text_letter_spacing=”1px” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]Currently, he serves as the principal conductor of the Las Palmas Symphony Orchestra and the musical director of the Zarzuela Season in the Canary Islands.<\/p>\n

Between 2017 and 2023, he held the position of assistant conductor to the principal conductor of the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra. During this time, he also served as the conductor of the Gran Canaria Youth Orchestra and as the artistic director of the Gran Canaria Philharmonic Orchestra\u2019s School Concerts Season.<\/p>\n

He holds an advanced degree in violin performance (Castilla y Le\u00f3n, 2007) and choral conducting (Canary Islands, 2012). Between 2012 and 2017, he pursued orchestral conducting studies at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik Detmold under the tutelage of Maestro Karl Heinz Bloemeke and at the Hochschule f\u00fcr Musik Carl Maria von Weber Dresden, where he trained with Maestro Georg Christoph Sandmann. He earned a master\u2019s degree in orchestral conducting from the latter institution.<\/p>\n
